MEGAROC and NUROC Dance Companies are proud to present
Charles & Janet from Sydney for a WCS & Modern
Jive weekend in Perth from Friday 15th Oct to Sunday
17th Oct 2010. NUROC
runs the highly successful ‘Best of the Best
West Coast Swing Event’ each year in Sydney
with Jordan Frisbee and Tatiana Mollmann (Multiple
US Champions Titles). Charles & Janet are both
highly respected teachers in Sydney. Charles has been
teaching for approx. 12 years and Janet for approx.
6 years and they are looking forward to bringing their
wealth of knowledge of both WCS and Modern Jive to
Perth for a special weekend!
Charles
and Janet have both been to America to learn from
and compete with the best West Coast Swing dancers
in the USA. In 2009 Charles was a guest performer,
dancing a WCS demonstration on TV hit show ‘Dancing
with the Stars’. Charles was also the choreographer
for 4 West Coast Swing routines which have been featured
on the show in the past 3 years! He and Janet are
both very accomplished and well known Australian Modern
Jive dancers also.
Charles
& Janet's Weekend is to include: Cool New Moves
, Glides and Slides, Musicality & much more! This
is for both Modern Jive and West Coast Swing in workshops
run separately over two days. Weekend is also to include
Dance Parties, Private Lessons by appointment and
fun Jack n' Jill competitions!
